Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Delays
Beeva Store works with international suppliers, and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors are not eligible for refunds.
